Great list cation for train, airport bus and canals. Good shopping, cafes and restaurants easy walking. 24 hr access. Very quiet room. Ok breakfast

It is only a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. It is very quiet in the evening as not in a real tourist area. But it was then only a 15 minute walk to the Rialto bridge or 25 minute walk to St Marks square

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the main station and also the ferry and bus stop. It made it very easy to get around. There was a square with good restaurants about 100m away. Great for families.

The location near the train station was great because we could walk to the hotel with our luggage and when we left we could walk to pick up our rental car. Plus it was easily walkable to the vaporetto for access to the rest of Venice. Super comfy bed and nice hot shower with good water pressure.

Traditional Italian Hotel with large rooms and a nice atmosphere. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful from the maids to the Manager. Breakast is served for a decent period to give you the opportunity to start your day when you want. it was also useful to have a lift to get to our room - they are few and far between in Venice.

Excellent location, being close to the train station meant that we were able to lug our suitcases the 5 min walk over to the hotel instead of having to trek all over the city or have to pay a $100+ water taxi! Hotel is super clean and well maintained! Really great value for the price.

We travelled from Florence by train and the hotel was only a 5 min walk which was great with big cases. The Hotel was always clean and cool. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well in our cool, air conditioned room.
